Eleanor Everett Obituary
AGE: 96 • Holiday City Berkeley
Eleanor Everett, 96, of Holiday City, Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 at home. Born in East Orange, NJ, she lived in Seaside Heights, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. 20 years ago. Eleanor was a member and past President of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 351, Seaside Heights. She was also an avid card player and New York Yankees fan.
Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, John M. Everett in 1993; her son, John "Jack" Martin Everett III on September 28, 2014; and 3 brothers, George, Vernon and Bob Brueno. She is survived by her 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Richard & Linda Everett of Brigantine, NJ and Bill & Debbie Everett of Forked River, NJ; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond & Madeline Brueno of Whiting, NJ; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday 4-8pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp., NJ. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River. Don I can promise that the pain never goes away. It will always hurt. The great memories will begin to fight that pain. I lost my mom n dad some years ago and I felt lucky to have had them in my life in my 50's as It still hurts now the pain is eased by all the memories parents live forever in our hearts always
