AGE: 84 • Middletown
Elizabeth Zak, 84, of Middletown, passed away Friday, Sept. 4, 2015, at Victoria Health Care, Matawan. She was born in Newbury Berks, England. She was a homemaker.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her beloved husband, Nicholas Zak; her parents; and siblings, John Bosley, Joan Nowicki, Lionel Bosley, Freda Kozlowski and Bob Bosley. She is survived by her loving children, Jennifer Hutchins and husband Alan, Stephen Zak and wife Dawn, Michael Zakrzewski and wife Donna, and Christine Hayes and husband Raymond; a dear sister, Mable Griffin and husband Alvin; a dear brother, Jim Bosley and wife Dorothy; ten cherished grandchildren and five adored great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
At the direction of the family, Elizabeth will be privately cremated. Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, was entrusted with the cremation arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Monmouth County SPCA, 260 Wall St., Eatontown, NJ 07724. You may post a condolence to the family at the funeral home website www.dayfuneralhome.com.
