Ethel Phillips Obituary
Long Branch - Ethel W. Phillips, 75 of Long Branch found eternal rest on Thursday October 25, 2018 at JSUMC Neptune. Beloved wife of Randolph "Randy" Phillips Sr.; cherished mother of Eugene Darryl Brown (Cheryl) and Randolph Phillips Jr. both of Virginia and stepmother of Kerri Dickerson of Neptune. Ethel was a caring person who loved to serve and care for others. Ethel also had a keen eye for fashion, accessories and interior decorating. She will be missed. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 3, 2018 from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 172 Shrewsbury Ave., Red Bank.
