I remember Frankie from RBHS. He was special in how he made people feel.
Even at that young age, Frankie made you feel like a special friend even if you didn't know him well. He wanted to know you and be a friend. He gave you his full attention and made you feel important to him. I will always have a special place in my heart for him and his kindness. God Bless you. I am glad to see that others recognized your gentle soul. . Your star will always shine. May your family take comfort that so many appreciated him.
