My sincere condolences to the Czapkowski family. Frankie had a kind and gentle heart. I have many fond memories of my cousin. He enjoyed family, taking time for each one of us. His patience was appreciated teaching me how to play softball as a child at picnics. Frankie is one of the finest men I have known.
