JOHN AND LOUISE SURMAY

July 20, 2012

IT WAS WITH A MEASURED DEGREE OF SADDNESS THAT WE LEARNED OF GABE'S PASSING! GABE AND HIS WIFE HELEN WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL FRIENDS OF OURS! WE BOTH SANG IN HIS METROPOLITAN BYZANTINE CHOIR. WE ALREADY MISS HIM AND HELEN. WE PRAY THAT OUR GOOD LORD WILL COMMIT HIS SOUL TO THE REGION OF THE LIVING, TO THE PLACE OF LIGHTS WHERE ALL THE SAINTS AND THE JUST REPOSE…”O LORD, PLEASE REST THE SOUL OF YOUR DEPARTED SERVANT GABRIE, TO YOUR ABODE WHERE THERE IS NO PAIN, SORROW AND MOURNING.” PLEASE GOD GIVE HIS NIECES AND NEPHEWS TO REJOICE IN THEIR MEMORY OF GABE AND HELEN.
