Grace Ceres Barklow

AGE: 84 • South Amboy

Grace Ceres Barklow, 84, of South Amboy, died Thursday December 29, 2011, at Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel. Born in Perth Amboy she was a life long resident of South Amboy. Before retiring she was a dental assistant for Dr. Roth in South Amboy.

Daughter of the late Josephine and Salvator Ceres, she is also predeceased by her loving husband Walter Barklow who died in 2005. She is survived by her loving daughter and son in law, Donna and Richard Kotuski of Sayreville; her beloved grandsons, Robert Delude of Sayreville and Christopher Delude and his wife Meredith of Sayreville; 3 beloved great grand children Ryan, Mason, and Ali and cousin, Vincent and his wife Lois Weber of Manchester.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 3, 2012 at 9am from The Gundrum Service "Home For Funerals" 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, South Amboy. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Monday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm.

Dear Donna and family.......My codolences go out to all of you.....just in the short time I have known Gracie, I was able to see what a kind, loving person she was and what a wonderful, devoted daughter you are. Through it all, she always managed to have a great big smile for everyone.. .never complaining. May God Bless you all! Joanne (her nurse)
