I am so saddened to hear of Mom's passing. I have often thought and spoken of her after moving to Florida 11 years ago. (we just moved back in May to be near the family) I still have the straw star she gave me and put it in a prominent spot on our Christmas tree. I truly loved visiting with her while doing her hair. I'm sure she will be greatly missed.
