Harold Pfeiffer Obituary
AGE: 95 • Whiting
Harold C. Pfeiffer, (Hal) 95, of Whiting died January 18, 2016. Hal owned and operated Sine-Tru Tool Co., Clark for many years before retiring. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he resided in Union and Saegersville, PA., before moving to Whiting in 1993. Hal served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII where he was a tank commander and NCO 3rd Platoon "C" Company 29th Marines. Hal was a member of Community Reformed Church, Whiting.
Hal was predeceased by his first wife, Evelyn Ruth Pfeiffer in 1969, his daughter, Karen Pfeiffer in 2012 and his brother, Everett Pfeiffer. Hal is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mae, 2 sons, Harold Pfeiffer Jr., of Forked River, John Cecci of MI., his daughter, Diane Doleiden of PA., 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11am January 30, 2016 at Community Reformed Church, 30 Lacey Rd., Whiting. Arrangements by DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, Lakehurst.

I was blessed to have such a man as my Uncle Harold in my life.From my youngest childhood he served as such a positive male role model.He was the one who always made the time to spend with even the youngest of children,and accompany us on our adventures.As I grew older I was able to observe the many ways others benefited from his many fine qualities.A man of great warmth and kindness,compassion,strength and generosity.Ill always remember his wonderful smile and the special glint in his eye.My deepest and heartfelt condolences to all of his family and to all who knew and loved him,as we have all lost a very special Light in our lives.I will continue to carry him with me.Much love Uncle Hal.
