Jane Lynch Obituary

Jane Anne Ammerman Lynch

Boca Raton, FL - Jane Anne Ammerman Lynch passed away peacefully in Boca Raton, FL with her loving husband on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Hazlet, NJ where she lived until she married the love of her life. Jane attended FIT in New York where she received a BA in Fashion Merchandising.

Jane was first and foremost a fun, loving and dedicated wife, mother, sister, daughter and grandmother. She started her own interior design company (Design Racket). After years of successfully running Design Racket, she and her husband Art co-founded the family business Ultra Chemical, Inc. Jane spent many hours as an active member of Nativity Church serving as a eucharistic minister, was involved in pre-cana and donated much of her time to helping the parish. Jane was also an avid tennis player and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her family and friends at the beach.

Jane is predeceased by her father Albert Ammerman. She is survived by her mother Rose (O'Donnell) Ammerman, her loving husband of 54 years Arthur James Lynch, Jr., her brother Albert Ammerman III, her sister Patrice (Ammerman) Smith, her children Ellen (Lynch) Edson and husband Marty, Arthur J. Lynch III and wife Donna, and Brian T. Lynch and his wife Julie. Her grandchildren Brianna, Abby, Marty, Ryan, ArJ, Katie, Haylee, and Nate.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Jane touched the lives of many and was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, friend, volunteer, servant of the Lord and will be missed by all.

Planted Trees

Kevin Dell

May 5, 2020

My wife Beth and I have fond memories of attending Sunday mass at Nativity Church with our children, especially in the mid 90's when they were quite young. We would sit way up front and invariably Jane and Art would be sitting right behind us. There was always a smile and warm greeting for us and our children during the "kiss of peace." Jane had a special glow and just seeing her and Art together (and clearly dedicated to each other) always gave me a great feeling and an example of how to be a good husband and father. We will miss her and will treasure the blessings we received from her being.

With love and prayers, Kevin and Beth Dell - Fair Haven, NJ
