Joanne Gallo Obituary
Warren - Joanne Gallo, 68, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Warren, NJ, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Born to the late Tom and Anna (Starzinski) Mallinowski, Joanne grew up in South Plainfield. She and her husband, Bill, have shared a residence in Warren NJ and Palm Beach Gardens, FL for several years.
A former communicant of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Plainfield, Joanne enjoyed being outdoors, golfing, skeet shooting and fishing. She was also an avid bowler.
Surviving are her husband, Bill Gallo; brother, Tom Mallinowski, sister in law Linda Mallinowski; brother in law, Peter Cohan and wife Nicole and sister in law, Shirley Barbara and husband, Louie and will also be missed by two nieces, Stacy Strano, Lisa Melinikiewicz. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends
Funeral services will begin on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 9:15 AM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield NJ 07080 followed by a funeral mass in Sacred Heart RC Church, 149 South Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield NJ 07080 at 10AM.
Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
Family and friends may gather for visitation on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 4-8PM in the funeral home.
