To Jilda and John’s daughters, Catherine and Mary Anne and to all those who have loved and shared John’s Life.
I met him when he came to Ireland and we have shared many phone calls in the intervening years. He was a lovely man and I am delighted to have met and known him. He was another link in the chain of the Diffley Clan from Cloneagh and bore the proud name well. I will miss him and our conversations.
May God Grant Him Eternal Rest and Peace.
