Joyce Loftus Obituary
Union Beach - Joyce Loftus, 84, of Union Beach, died at home surrounded by family on December 28, 2018. Joyce was born in Hazlet to Edward and Delema (Bailey) Menzel. She was a graduate of Keyport High School. Over the years, Joyce worked for Freiland's in Keyport, Ralph's Market, Anchor Inn and Union Beach Library. She will be remembered as nurturing, strict when called for and for loving her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always there for her children.
She is predeceased by her parents, sister, Delema Kitzman, brother, Robert Menzel and her grandson, James Loftus.
Joyce is survived by her children; Linda Anderson of Keansburg, Charles (Lisa) Braun of Eatontown, George (Kelly) Loftus of WI and Cheryl (Robert) Sacharanski of Union Beach, grandchildren; Steven, Matthew, Rebbecca, Christopher, Brandon, Erin, Stephanie, Thomas, Kyle and Joshua and great-grandchildren; Jovann, Nicholas, Dakota, Aiden, Kyleigh, James, John, Preston, Gavin and Parker.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 30th from 2-6pm at the Bedle Funeral Home, 61 Broad Street, Keyport, NJ. Burial will be private.
