Karen Kennedy

Beachwood - Karen D. Kennedy (nee Parcinski), loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of 77 on December 14, 2020 in Beachwood, NJ. Karen was born on January 6, 1943, to Mildred and Stephen Parcinski, of Linden, NJ. She was married to Ronald Kennedy for 48 years until his death and they raised two daughters in Woodbridge, NJ.

Karen previously owned and managed Arch Beauty Salon, Woodbridge, NJ, and had a passion for gourmet cooking and gardening. She also loved her pets, art, painting and flower arranging. She was a kind and compassionate spirit, with a quick wit and she loved a good laugh.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband Ronald, her father Stephen, and her mother, Mildred. She is survived by her two children, Dawn A. Kennedy Strand and Tammy M. Kennedy, son-in-law Howard Strand, her brother Clifford Parcinski and his wife Barbara Parcinski and brother Brett Parcinsk. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd. Bayville, NJ 08721, from 4pm - 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the National Kidney Foundation - www.kidney.org
