Kenneth Pollin Obituary
AGE: 79 • Manchester
Kenneth G. Pollin, 79, of Manchester Twp., died Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Community Medical Center. Toms River. He was born in Plainfield and lived in North Plainfield before moving to Manchester Twp. seven years ago. He served in the U.S. Army from 1949 to 1953 during the Korean War. Kenneth was a machinist for 37 years at Howell Electric in Plainfield and then worked at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield before retiring in 1994. He was a member and worshiping master of the Jerusalem Lodge No. 26 Free and Accepted Masons, Plainfield and a member of the American Legion, South Plainfield.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 1/2 years, Nancy; three sons, Kenneth of Toms River, David of Shickshinny, PA; and Terry of Branchburg; his daughter, Carol of Point Pleasant Boro; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 19 at DeGraff Lakehurst Funeral Home, 119 Union Ave., Lakehurst. Burial at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 21 at Dodson Cemetery, Southdale, PA.
