Not sure what to say?

April 26, 2011

I am so sorry for your loss. Parents should never outlive thier children.
I never met her, but heard nothing but praises about how wonderful and lovely she was. I am at a loss for the right words to say.
God Bless Lilly and her beautiful family and may you all be re-united with God's blessing. James Calarco, Boca Raton FL.

My name is Karen Zitzow. I am the mother of Kyleigh Sousa, the Point Pleasant 2007 graduate that was murdered in a robbery attempt in her junior year at Arizona State University on May 26th 2010. The words "I'm sorry" are not enough to express what I know you are going through at this time. My son Mike knew Lily and they graduated together. He told me of her passing. Please know that there are many people to help you through this unbearable time. We are approaching the 11th month anniversay of Kyleigh's passing and everyday is a struggle. I created a support group specifically for mothers called Mothers of Angels. We are a group of mothers that have lost children and meet weekly to support and encourage each other. In time, when you need help that you can't find in friends and family.....know that we are here. We understand the pain. Your daughter was beautiful just like Kyleigh. I have no answers, no reason why things happen. Please know my broken heart is with your family and with Lily. Kyleigh is buried at Greenwood as well. It's a beautiful, peaceful place. She's at the top of the hill. I'm there everyday. Please stop if you need someone to talk to.

We are so very sorry for your loss. A little over two years ago, we lost our precious 21 yr. old son. Please know there are many other parents out here suffering a similar loss--you aren't alone, although we know it feels that way. Our hearts are with yours....may God carry you, as He has us, through this most difficult time of your lives.

We will always remember Lily as that happy, leggy kid running the little league fields and giggling with our daughter. We are heartbroken at the loss of such a beautiful spirit. Our prayers are with Lily's family.
