LUCILLE REFFIE BARBARISE
FORMERLY OF BRICK
Lucille Reffie Barbarise, of Gold Canyon, Ariz., formerly of Brick, passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009. Mrs. Barbarise was born in Orange and lived in West Orange for 30 years. She owned a summer home in Brick for 54 years and lived there permanently before moving to Gold Canyon in 2004. For over 25 years, she worked at Tung Sol, Bloomfied, retiring as a tube inspector. She loved to cook and crochet and was a communicant of the Church of the Epiphany, Brick.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Domenick C. Barbarise. Surviving to cherish her memory are two daughters, Barbara Parker and her husband Allan of Newfoundland, Pa., and JoAnn Clark and her husband Warren of Gold Canyon, Ariz.; two brothers, Michael Reffie of Pine Brook, and Rocco Reffie of Clearwater, Fla.; three grandchildren, Margaret Ryan, Mark Ryan and his wife Stacy, and Glen Parker; two great-grandchildren, Heather and Joseph Hartdorn; and a great-great-grandson, Jude Michael Ryan.
Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009 at the Pable-Evertz Funeral Home, 901 Beaver Dam Road, Point Pleasant. At 10 a.m. Thursday, a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Epiphany, followed by entombment at St. Catharine Cemetery, Sea Girt.
