MARGARETE RODE SUSI
AGE: 89 RED BANK
Margarete Rode Susi, 89, passed away Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009. A resident of Holmdel for more than 50 years, Magarete was previously from Red Bank. She was a homemaker, bridge fanatic and won many awards playing table tennis. Margarete was a world traveler and enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Albert Susi; her son, Wolf Rode and his wife Paula of Red Bank; a grandson, Wayne J. Rode; two great-grandsons, Wayne J. Rode Jr. and Michael Rode; and one great-great-granddaughter, Nicholette Sophia.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3 at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Ave., Red Bank. Letters of condolence can be emailed to the funeral home website at www.sidun.com.
