MARIE O'BRIEN FUDEN
AGE: 89 KEYPORT
Marie O'Brien Fuden, 89, of Keyport, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, Sept. 10. Marie was born in Manhattan and raised in Ridgewood, Queens, N.Y. She retired from the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor. Marie enjoyed donating her time and energy to many local organizations. She loved to cook and collect cookbooks. She was a long time Sunday N.Y. Times crossword puzzle solver. She fought a long courageous battle with several cancers.
Marie was predeceased by her husband, Frank Fuden; her parents; two brothers; and a sister. She was a loving and cherished mother of Julanne Schmitt, grandmother of Scott and Christopher; and great-grandmother to Alexandra.
