MARK DAVID VOLZ JR.
AGE: 17 TOMS RIVER
Mark David Volz Jr., 17, of Toms River, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2010. Born and raised in Toms River. Mark was a junior at Toms River South High School, where upon graduation had plans to join the U.S. Coast Guard. He loved his 1984 Chevy Pick-Up, recently receiving a 1st Place Trophy for Classic Trucks sponsored by The Vocational School "Car Show" in Toms River. Not only did he love his classic truck, but his classic rock especially Led Zeppelin. He was just accepted to the Outboard Marine Engine Repair Program at Ocean County Vocational School. Mark was a great friend to many and the greatest little brother anyone could ask for. He will be missed greatly.
Surviving are his sister, Shannon Volz; grandparents, Harold and Joan Volz, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 21, with a funeral service beginning at 8:30 p.m. at the Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River. Burial will be private at the request of the Family. Condolence can be sent to www.carmonabolenfh.com.

To Shannon and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Volz: My deepest of sympathies. My son Guy Abromowicz was friends with Mark, Jr. as well as my daughter Kaitlyn.
