Mary Conforti Obituary
Holmdel
Mrs. Mary F. (nee Beninato) Conforti, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel. She was born in Peterstown and lived in Elizabeth for 27 years, Rahway for 58 years and the Willows in Holmdel for the past 2 years. Mrs. Conforti was a homemaker. She worked for Singer Sewing Machine Company in Elizabeth during World War II. She was a communicant of St. Mary's R.C. Church, The Rahway Italian American Club and the Rahway Golden Age Club. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be dearly missed by all.
She is predeceased by her husband, Salvatore M. Conforti, who died in December 2013; four brothers, Joseph, James, Thomas and Frank Beninato; and a sister, Anne Gencarelli. Mrs. Conforti is survived by her children, Elaine Ross and Joe Fasso, Marilyn and Bill Koczan, Janice and Gary Pfarr, Michael and Renee Conforti; 11 grandchildren, Bill and his wife Geralynn Koczan, Amanda and Cynthia Ross, Brian and Kevin Koczan, Jeff and his wife Blair Koczan, Matthew and Jenna Pfarr, Michael, Deanna and Daniel Conforti; two great-grandchildren, Lola and Rush. She is also survived by her sisters, Catherine Yula and Nancy Tripoli, many nephews and nieces and her care giver, Sevarine Bantin.
Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 2 at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Ave., Rahway. Funeral services will take place 10:45 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 from the funeral home, followed by an 11:30 a.m. Funeral Mass St. Mary's R.C. Church, Rahway. Entombment St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Benefit the NICHE Unit at Bayshore Community Hospital: Bayshore Community Hospital Foundation, 727 West Beers St., Holmdel, NJ 07733.

Marilyn, Bill and Family,
Our deepest condolences' and Prayers are with you at this very difficult time. We know that your Mother was a very special person in your life and will be greatly missed. We also know that she will now be with your Father in a much better place and will be looking down on you. There are many rooms in Heaven and we're sure that your Mom and Dad have a suite.
