Hey mr murray, I dono who to borrow tools from anymore. But one of the last times we spoke I was taking some time off of school. And one thing you said was, "you better finish school" well I never got to tell you. But I'm graduating next week. Thanks for being an amazing person and neighbor. The neighborhood will never be the same without you.

I offer my sincere condolences to Paula and the kids. Mike was a remarkable guy—at once relaxed and formal, mischievous and authoritative, serious and fun-loving, secluded and connected. He had an immense love for Monmouth Beach and helped keep the peace there for over 30 years. I’ll miss him a lot and the chance to record the “real history” of Monmouth Beach. Fittingly, he takes that with him.
