Michael Rosado-Tancredi Obituary
AGE: 18 • Jackson
Michael Rosado-Tancredi, 18, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Michael was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and resided in Roselle Park before moving to Jackson 11 years ago. He worked part-time at Bella Terra in Jackson in restaurant food services. Michael was a senior at Jackson Liberty High School, where he was a member of the National Art Honor Society (NAHS), Varsity Wrestling and Varsity Lacrosse. Michael was a Leadership Counselor at Diabetes Camp Neejeda in Stillwater.
He is survived by his mother, Lori Shair; his stepfather, Steve Tancredi; his sister, Adrianna Rosado; his stepbrothers, Darren Tancredi and Steven Tancredi; his stepsister, Marissa Tancredi; and his grandparents, Norman and Sandy Shair.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 3 p.m. Monday, April 25 at the Jackson Mills Firehouse, 465 N. County Line Road, Jackson. Donations may be made in Michael's memory to the American Diabetes Association, NJ Office, CenterPoint II, Suite 103, 1160 Route 22 East, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, and would be greatly appreciated. My deepest condolences go out to you and your family. I did not know Michael but from all I've heard I can see he is one special person. My heart breaks everyday for you and my prayers go out to you and your family. You will be in my thoughts and prayers for weeks to come. My condolences to Michael's family on this very sad time. Losing a child has to be the hardest a parent can go thru. I never met Michael but I know his grandparents Norman & Sandy very well. Noman was an usher at my wedding. My condolences are with all of you

Although I really didn't know your son very well, I do know that he was a very special person. He was so kind to my son, a freshman 1st year wrestler. Mike took my son under his wing and was always there offering him words of wisdom and encouragement. For that I will forever be greatful. I am so sorry for your loss.
