Nancy Brennan Obituary
AGE: 79 • Lavallette
Nancy Brennan (nee Confessore), 79, of Lavallette, NJ, peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick, NJ.
Born in Harrison, NJ, she lived in Kearny, NJ before moving to Lavallette 49 years ago.
Nancy was a Paraprofessional for the Toms River Regional School System for 23 years.
She was a parishioner of the Parish of St. Pio, Lavallette, and was a member of the Lavallette Seniors and its bowling league,
Nancy was also a member of the Ocean Beach Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
Her family will always remember how much joy she got from having her home at the beach filled with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, John F. Brennan, Jr., in 2006 and her two brothers Fred and Dominic Confessore.
Nancy is survived by her three children Stephen Brennan and his wife Diane of Toms River, NJ, Gary Brennan of Flemington, NJ and Michelle Lewandowski and her husband Bruce of Feasterville, PA, three sisters Carol Martorana of Montclair, NJ, Marie Balogh of Kearny, NJ, Judi Gaitka of Kearny, NJ, a brother Louis Confessore of West Orange, NJ, a sister in law Gloria Confessore of Harrison, NJ, a daughter in law Susan Brennan of New Hope, PA and loving grandmother and friend to her eight grandchildren Christopher, Stephanie, Patrick, Tyler, Kristen, Erica, Brielle and Cody.
The family will receive friends Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Saturday 10:00am at the Parish of Pio, Lavallette, NJ. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
