Neil Moshan Obituary
Berkeley - Neil E. Moshan, 71, of Toms River, died suddenly at home on March 15, 2018. Born and raised in the Bronx, he then lived on Pelican Island before moving to Toms River. Mr. Moshan graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He served as a Seaside Heights Police Officer for 15 years. Surviving are two daughters, Patrice Baranker and husband, Howard, and Nicole Bocchino and husband, Tom; his former wife Rose Moshan; and six grandchildren, Ben, Haydon, Sophia, Errol, Josh and Tommy.
A Memorial Service will be offered on Monday, Mar. 19th, from 6pm to 8pm, with a Life Celebration Service at 7:30pm, at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. In lieu of flowers, donations in Neil's memory to; Diabetes Foundation, (diabetes.org/match), would be appreciated.
