OLGA T. PFISTER
AGE: 82 SOMERVILLE
Olga T. Pfister, 82, died Thursday, June 18, 2009. Olga was born in Hazelton, PA and formerly of Bound Brook before moving to Somerville in 1989. She was employed as a Registered Nurse at Hazelton State General Hospital and then worked as Head Nurse at Carrier Clinic. She was an communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. She enjoyed traveling and especially going to the theatre and was an avid reader. She was a loving mother, sister and aunt and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, George, who died in 1997; and a daughter, Catherine in 2008. Surviving are her daughter, Sharon A. Pfister; sister, Rite Urosevich; and several nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be said 8:30am Wednesday at the Bruce C. Van Arsdale Funeral Home, 111 N. Gaston Ave, Somerville (908-725-3111) followed by a 9:30am mass of Christian burial at Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. Interment will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 669 Littleton Rd Parsippany, NJ 07054. To send condolences to the

I always told your mom, "The higher the hair, the closer to God." She is without a doubt right next to him now.
