Gary Francis Pfister

US NAVY VETERAN

Gary Francis Pfister, Sr. age 83 passed peacefully 2 days before his 84th year. Husband of the late Darlene Dee (nee Daum) Pfister. Loving father of Gary F. Pfister Jr. (with his children Angela, Sheena, Bradley.and Brandy.). Melissa Lynn Fuller, (with her children Frank, Scott, Ben and Zac.) Susan Ann (Stan) Rice, Beverly Ann Pfister and Terri Dee Pfister. Also survived by numerous great-grandchildren. Son of the late Francis W. and Margaret A. (nee Berry) Pfister. Dear brother of Carole (Cliff) Bryson, Suzie (Larry) Butler , Bill (Lisa) Butts ,Rob (Marlene) Beard, Mike F Pfister (deceased) Susan (Tom) Davis, Rosalie Pfister, Dorothy (Kevin) Offdenkamp.

Gary was a wonderful friend to all he knew. He loved reading books and working in his garden. He was a bee keeper a bird watcher and a papa to all his fur pups. He was a Machinist and a jack of most trades. After his retirement from Vega ,he enjoyed hanging out on the weekends with his best buddy and lifelong friend John Erwin. The two of them would work on cars at John's place or go visit classic car shows. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

A celebration of Gary's Life will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 10 am until 11 am service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 700 Clough Pike Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.
