Peter Redmond Obituary

Peter Gerard Redmond

On a sunny morning, Peter left this world to join our Mom, Dad and brother Tom in heaven. He was very young for this departure but he left everyone he touched in a better place. Peter was born and raised in Atlantic Highlands. He was kind, loving and supportive of everyone that entered his space. Peter had many "soul mates" and was always happier when love was in the air. Peter was most contented when communing with nature. He was a perpetual student of all living things. He was an avid bird watcher and fisherman where he insisted on the "catch and release" system. He was a lover of music and an accomplished guitarist.

Peter will be terribly missed by his sisters, Laura Redmond of Atlantic Highlands and Susan Redmond Paini of Gig Harbor, Washington, his brother James of Clinton Corners, New York; his niece Samantha Bremekamp, his nephews, Matt Bremekamp, Jake and Luke Paini and his adopted daughters, Heather and Michelle Redmond.

We know that all who knew Peter will be saddened by his loss. In the true spirit of this "Free Bird", we ask that you hold dearly to the ones you love and reach out to those who need love.
