AGE: 68 •
Peter T. Wasko, 68 years old passed away January 22, 2016 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Bayonne, NJ to Peter and Ann Wasko, Peter was a United States Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was an Electrical Engineer at the New York Stock Exchange until his retirement.
Peter is predeceased by his father Peter Wasko and infant sister, Barbara. Surviving are his son Matthew and his wife Rose Marie Wasko, his son John E. Pello-Wasko, his mother Ann Wasko, brother Richard and sister Karen and her husband Richard Konopada, his nephew & niece Jason Mariano & Michelle Akerlund.
Visitation will be Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home 2482 Church Rd., Toms River. A mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 9:15am at St. Luke's RC Church 1674 Old Freehold Rd., Toms River, NJ. Interment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park. In lieu of Flowers donations to the American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005. www.silvertonmemorial.com
