Phyllis Tolbert Obituary
AGE: 58 • Neptune
Phyllis Tolbert, 58, of Neptune, passed away Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, at home. She was born in Raleigh, N.C. Phyllis was a Dietary Aide at Jersey Shore University Medical Center for 14 years. Phyllis leaves to cherish her sweet memories 4 children, 3 sisters, 4 brothers, 7 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17 until he funeral service at 11 a.m. from Jackson Funeral Home, 242 Neptune Blvd., Neptune. Interment will be at White Ridge Cemetery, Eatontown. Jackson Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of arrangements.
