Ralph Schlechtweg Obituary
Freehold - Ralph Schlechtweg, 88, of Freehold died at home on Monday, December 21, 2020. He was born on August 21, 1932 to Edward and Mary Schlechtweg. Ralph was born and raised in Freehold. He was a production manager at the A. & M. Karagheusian Rugmill from 1950 to 1964. He and friend William Tela owned the Colonial Bite Shoppe and retired after 23 years. Ralph loved gardening and was proud of growing vegetables and flowers.
He was predeceased by siblings; Helen Brown, Edward Jr., Elsie, Ruth Heulitt and Donna Adams. Ralph is survived by his sister Rose M. Kelly; and many nieces and nephews.
