Robert Balot Obituary
Robert L. Balot, 81, passed away on July 6, 2021. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived in Newark, Sussex, Hillside, Cranford, Edison, and Tom's River, before moving to Tinton Falls twelve years ago.
Robert was a salesman, specializing in menswear and statement clothing, and was a clothing representative for a national company for many years.
The oldest of five children, he was pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Sally Balot, his brother Eddie Balot, his sister Rochelle Balot, and his niece Roan Da Balot-Fazio, he is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Agota Balot, his son Michael Balot, his daughter Tracey Balot (Jeff Fowler), his grandson Evan Knowlton, and his granddaughter Sarah Balot. He is also survived by his brother George (Mally) Balot, his sister Brenda Putzer, many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Graveside services were held July 8, 2021, with arrangements by Ross' Shalom Chapels, Springfield, NJ.
