Oh , I’m so saddened to hear this . The Leete family was a wonderful part of my youth . Not only did he teach the Graver family to swim @ MRGC but also taught my children to swim at Silton . So very gracious to me when he would see me years later while dropping my own 2 kiddos off at Silton . A very dear friend to my dad , Bill , who passed to the golf course in the sky in 2016, Many a golf ♀ game , he would join with my dad at the Bristol at MRGC . To your wife , Nancy , as we shared a name and your children , my deepest sympathy . May your wonderful thoughts and memories guide you through this time of loss . Just the most fondest memories I have of dear Mr. Leete . Bless .

I first met Mr. Leete as a scrawny, skinny freshman kid at WHS. Thanks to his tutelage, guidance and help, I gained the muscle, stamina and a strong will to be the athlete I became as I went on through a long career of racing motocross, a sport that required all three. I remember working out in gymnastics and wrestling beside great guys like Chip Savage, Greg Califano, Jimmy White and many other athletes that excelled in these sports until I finally felt comfortable with myself. That confidence I owe to Mr. Leete, a man to whom I owe a world of respect and awe for. Bob - you will be forever missed and I’ll cherish the direction and dedication you instilled in me to become the man I am. We’ve kept in touch through all these years and I know this world is the better for knowing you. RIP my dear friend!

Mrs. Leete and family. I was so saddened to hear of Mr. Leete’s passing. He was such a great man. I loved working at Silton Swim School and learned about responsibility, hard work and fun from your father.
He was truly a role model. My condolences to you and your family.
