ROBERT J. MC MUNN
AGE: 88 BRICK
Robert J. Mc Munn, 88, of Brick, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2009, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. He worked in the payroll department of Weston Instrument Corp., Newark, for 25 years before retiring many years ago. He was born in Newark and had lived in Kenilworth prior to moving to Brick 22 years ago. Mr. Mc Munn was a member of the Old Guard of Pt. Pleasant and served in the US Army during World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Edna (Hack) Mc Munn to whom he was married 65 years; two sons, Robert Jr. and his wife Linda of Hollywood, MD and David and his wife Ximena of Blairstown, NJ; a daughter, Susan Higgins and her husband Jack of Cranford, NJ; 4 grandchildren, Laura, Jessica, Carrie and David; and 5 great-grandchildren.
All services were held privately under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home, Brick. Donations in Mr. Mc Munn's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
