STEVEN R. FORMAN
AGE: 71 FORMERLY OF SOUTH TOMS RIVER
Steven R. Forman, 71, of Browns Mills, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, at Presbyterian Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Newark, he lived in Bayville and in South Toms River before moving to Browns Mills 20 years ago. He was a mechanic and forklift operator with New Jersey Pulverizing Plant in Bayville for 19 years before retiring. Afterwards, Steve enjoyed his employment with Pemberton Township Board of Education, Breakfast Program at Stackhouse School in Browns Mills. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the V.F.W. Post #9503 of Berkeley.
Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Linda; his children, Otto Chasey, Annamarie Chasey, James Chasey, Steven Forman, and Gloria Schiavo; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Chasey, Aaron Forman, Curtis Forman, and Nicholas Schiavo; and a brother, Michael Forman.
Funeral services are private with the family under the direction of Mastapeter Funeral Home, Bayville.
