Taylor Budd Obituary
Waretown - Taylor B. Budd, 20, of Waretown N.J. passed away on April 19, 2021. Taylor an early Christmas gift was born with a smile that could light up a room in Toms River N.J. on December 24, 2000. Taylor was a graduate of Southern Regional High School and the Brick Vocational School where she earned her certificate in Culinary Arts.
Taylor is survived by her brother Timothy J. Budd as well as her loving extended family.
There will be a celebration of Taylor's life on Friday April 30, 2021 at Riggs Funeral Home 130 N. Main St. Forked River, N.J. 5pm-7pm. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that a donation to your local ASPCA be made in Taylor's name.

Taylor, you became one of my closest friends. I love you and will always love you. You cared so much about others, you’d give the shirt off your back for someone else. And, the love you had for your family and cousins warmed my heart. Please look down on them and me and everyone else here. You changed my life and helped me see my worth. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for you. I’ll never forget the laughing until our stomach hurt, or the late night conversations of what we wanted our lives to look like. I told you things I never told anyone. You were the greatest friend I didn’t know I needed and still need today. I made you promise not to leave me. And, though you are no longer here, your memory will always be with me. You will always be with me. I love you so much.
