So many memories are surfacing with the loss of Al. No one was more fun and caring in TRHS. Years could go by without seeing Al, but when I saw him, we were still "best friends". Yes, Al had thousands of best friends. We have all lost a great citizen and friend. Mary Ann, I am so sorry.

Dear Mary Ann,
Meryl and I are deeply saddened at Al's untimely passing. In our youth, we were first neighbors, then good friends. Although our lives parted over the years, we kept in touch until we moved away. We have not seen each other in over twenty years now, but you and Al remained in our fondest memories of those early and happy times. We hope you are comforted somewhat by knowing how highly regarded Al is.
With deepest sympathy.
