AGE: 77 • Point Pleasant

Thomas Smith, 77 of Point Pleasant, passed away on February 25, 2016 at his home. He was born in Irvington, NJ and moved to Point Pleasant in 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents Edgar Howard Smith and Alice Schlegel and his brother Ronald Smith. He is survived by his brother Mark Smith and his husband Marlon Franco, his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Smith, and niece and nephew Jeffrey and Keely Smith. Cremation was private and under the direction of Cremation Service of Ocean, 885 Mantoloking Rd., Brick, NJ. A memorial service will take place at a later date at St. Mary's by the Sea Episcopal Church, Point Pleasant Beach. Donations may be made in Thomas' memory to St. Gregory's Pantry, 804 Bay Ave., Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.cremationserviceofocean.com
