AGE: 48 • Freehold
Tracy A. Newby, 48 of Freehold, formerly of Toms River, passed away Friday, June 05, 2015 at her home. Tracy worked as a clerk for Costco of Brick Township for 18 years. Born in Point Pleasant, she lived in Toms River most of her life, moving to Freehold 10 years ago. She was predeceased by her son Ronald A. Newby, Jr. and her brother Clifford Robbins, III.
Tracy is survived by her daughter Pamela Newby and her finace Trevor Noeding; son Anthony Newby; the loving father of their children Ronald Newby, Sr.; her father, Clifford Robbins, Sr.; all of Toms River; eight grandchildren, Gianna, Ronnie III, Anthony Jr., Hannah, Kiah, Jaiden, Trevor, Kylie; her loving companion, Bill Kugelmann of Freehold, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Tracy's life will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Tuesday, June 9, from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm with a service at 8:30pm.

Tracy I will Miss your goofiness, your laughter and most of all, your presence at work. We always did what we could to make the day go by faster. and it always did.. just by laughing. I know you suffered greatly through out the last few years.. you are free now.. to be with Ron Jr and Joan.. Rest peacefully my friend..

It seems like just yesterday you were babysitting for Bobby and Chris and I was helping you plan your wedding. In my heart you will always be that beautiful girl standing on a pedestal in your wedding gown. Through the tears of joy you were a little difficult to see, but I remember it clearly.
