I worked with Bill for many years at Progressive Insurance. We kept in touch after he retired. I recently learned of his passing. My sincerest sympathies go out to his family. Bill was a great guy with a big heart. We all will miss him.

Bill was so much fun and one of a kind. I worked with him at Progressive and from day one, we hit it off. He served in the Marines and as a NJ State Trooper with my father-in-law Bill. He always reached out to let me know when they were toasting “Snake”. I will miss him greatly. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

My deepest condolences to the Tulko family for your loss. I had the honor of working with Bill at Progressive for many years. Plenty of great memories and laughter. We are thankful for his service to our country as a United States Marine and for serving and protecting the citizens of NJ as a New Jersey State Trooper and Sergeant. Rest in peace Bill.
