Gary Pack Obituary
Gary Leon Pack, 57, of Olivehurst, CA, passed away on February 13, 2026, after a heroic battle with cancer. He was born on December 22, 1968, in Edmonton, WA.
Gary lived life with a spirit of adventure and a deep love for the outdoors. He found joy in playing golf with his brother, Leon, hunting deer and ducks, and fishing for sturgeon with his cousin and best friend, Rod.
He also loved attending rodeos with Santiago and Israel, and going to concerts with his sister, Dawne, his niece, Amber, his brother, Leon, and his girlfriend, Kendra.
He treasured time spent with family and friends, creating memories filled with laughter and hilarious stories.
Gary will be remembered for his adventurous heart, his loyalty, and the love he had for those closest to him. He embraced life fully and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving sister, Dawne Waits; nephews, Jason (Alexis Waits), and Justin Waits; nieces, Amber Waits, Alexis Huerta, and Graciela Jimenez (AJ); brother, Ottis Leon Pack, Jr.; sister-in-law, Tammy M. Pack; son, Trace Keil; Paris Pack; Rod Pack and Dolores Pack; their daughters, Taylor Pack-Eavenson (Joe), and Madyson Pack; his girlfriend, Kendra Tarke; and many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Funeral services will be held at Ullrey Memorial Chapel, on February 27, 2026, at 11 AM, at 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, CA, 95991. Burial will follow at Sutter Cemetery.
A reception will be held immediately following the cemetery service at the Sutter Youth Organization Building, Catlett Hall, 7740 Butte House Road, Sutter, CA 95982 the corner of Butte House and Acacia.
Gary's adventurous spirit and the love he shared with others will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

I loved to see my dad so close to one of his bestfriends, Gary was a man of many words, funny, cheerful, and always brought a smile to your face I will always see Gary as a cousin as he has always been family, not by blood, not by marriage but by bond and true, genuine love. I loved him to peices, and still do, I miss you.
