Jason Miller Obituary
Born in Chico, CA on October 5, 1975, Jason Amos Miller was a resident of Anderson, CA, for 29 years before his untimely passing on October 22, 2017.
The family moved to Sutter, CA, in 1976, following his Dad's graduation from Chico State. He attended elementary school at Brittan School before moving to Anderson in 1988. Jason attended schools in Cottonwood, where he made many lifelong friends, ending with North Valley.
He was a born mechanic, a skill that carried him through many different occupations. He was a surveyor for many years for his father's engineering business. He also was a delivery driver, a tow truck driver, equipment operator and worked on everyone's cars, trucks and equipment that required repair or modification. Jason was a happy go lucky guy with an infectious smile. He was a wonderful father, loving husband, son, brother, and cousin.
Jason is survived by his wife, Reitha; sons, Andrew and Roland; his parents, Duane Keith Miller and Beverly Ann (Blankinship); his brother, Joshua Duane Miller and his wife, Rachel Miller; and their daughters, Avery and Camden. He is also survived by his maternal aunt, Lora Lee Blankinship and her husband, Robert Stygar; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Iowa and Arkansas. He was preceded in death by a step son, Daniel "Babe" Blake.
Services have been arranged at Allen and Dahl in Palo Cedro, CA, at 11 AM - 12:30 PM Saturday, October 28, 2017, followed by a celebration of life at the Frontier Senior Center, Anderson, CA.
A grave side service will take place at 11 AM Monday, October 30, 2017, at Sutter Cemetery in Sutter, CA.
Contributions to his surviving family can be made to a Go Fund Me account in his name.

Such an amazing and funny guy! Always willing to help others! I caught myself looking for your tow truck on Airport Rd or I5. I'm so happy I knew you since junior high and got to know you even more these last couple of years! You'll be missed greatly! My deepest sympathy goes out to the Miller family!
