Kyla Neel Obituary
She was born at Fremont Medical Center in Yuba City.
Survivors also include her grandparents, Angela and Ed Campos, Russell Hubbart and Casey Neel, all of Yuba City and Darren Bledsoe of Nicolas; and her great-grandparents, Patricia Neel and Jim Torlos, both of Yuba City, Helena and Jerry Pearson of Sutter and Elizabeth Lasky of Hallwood.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Sutter Cemetery, Memorial Building, 7200 Butte Ave., Sutter.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City.
