I met you and Ben once back in 1965-66 when I was a student with your daughter Peggy at Yuba JC. Your hospitality and graciousness were unforgettable that one evening I drove Peggy home from her waitressing job at the restaurant in Yuba City. You were successful parents and life partners as evidenced by your long marriage. Rest in peace.

Grandma, just came back yesterday evening from your "celebration of life". I am so thankful that I was able to experience my childhood with you. That drive on Christmas eve was well worth it when we pulled up into the driveway, and saw you standing there with your apron on with a huge smile. Will never forget the lessons you taught, the countless times you had the fireplace going on at Christmas and your "candy" bowl that was always filled. You were one of a kind, and although my heart is heavy today, I know that you are with Grandpa and your loved ones. I love and miss you...

Grandma, thank you for all of the quality time you spent with me when I was growing up. I am thankful for all of the wonderful times we had together; bowling, trips to McDonalds, cheez its & 7-up on New Year's Eve. You started my addiction with The Young & The Restless. Now, I can't "miss my story." I am sad that you are gone but happy that you are with all of your loved ones. I love & miss you.
