Mary Hughes Obituary
Mary Hughes passed away September 22, 2018. Born May 4, 1936 in Garland, AR, she was a Yuba Sutter resident for 72 years. She formerly worked at PV Ranch, Lovey's Landing and Mr. Paul's.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles "Pete" Hughes, daughter Pamela, sister Betty Hunsucker, long time companion Manuel Bartch and nephew, David Nelson.
She is survived by sisters Billie Jo Evans of Sacramento and Nancy Brown of Sutter; brothers Kenneth (Helen) Larkins of Cool and Jerry (Linda) Larkins of Ottowa, IA; nephews Jeff and Kevin Brown, Greg and Chris Larkins, Sterling Hunsucker, Burt Evans; neices; Joyce Stephenson, Leona McCall, Lisa Larkins; and Ooma to Rebecca, Jeffrey, Brennen, Kendal, Tommy and Steven.
Services are Monday, October 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church, 3101 Colusa Hwy., Yuba City. A Celebration of Life will follow.
