Tarsem Purewal Obituary
73, of Yuba City, California, passed away April 11th, 2012. He was born January 5th, 1939, Kalewal Fattu in Punjab, India.
Tarsem Singh was a veteran soldier of the Indian Armed Forces- where he bravely fought on behalf of the Sikh Regiment.
He was a resident of the Yuba-Sutter area for forty years. He is survived by his wife Charan Kaur, 3 sons- Joginder, Jasbinder, and Resham Singh Purewal and his daughter Paramjit Dosanjh. Along with his seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be April 18th, 2012 at 11:00am at Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City. Religious services will follow at the Sikh Temple Tierra Buena.
