BILLIE SANDRA TEDDER Billie Sandra "Sandy" Tedder was born January 31, 1943 to Harvie Lou (White) and Bill Boydston in Norfolk, VA. She passed from this life on January 26, 2023 at the age of 79. She attended High school in Ada and Midwest City, Oklahoma. She married Eddie Tedder on September 12, 1960 in Midwest City, OK. They made their home in Dickson in 1968. Sandy worked at Stromburg Carlson then as a phlebotomist at Southern Oklahoma Blood Institute before attending Southern Oklahoma Vocational Technology Center graduating in 1996 with her LPN. She was a member of the Baum Assembly of God Church. Sandy loved all things outdoors. She enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing with her husband and family. She was a member of Oklahoma Bow Hunter's Association and was recognized as Bow Hunter of the year in 1967-68. She was an avid bow fisherman. Sandy also was an excellent cook and regularly served her family full course meals. The door was always open and dinner was on the table for whoever might stop by. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Harvie Lou and Bill Boydston; Sister Pamela Sue Boydston; twin daughters and Son-In-Law Norb Stopera. She is survived by her husband Eddie Wesley Tedder; daughters Brenda Gandy-Jones and husband Mike Jones and Brandy Tedder; sons Eddie W. Tedder and wife Marja Karin Tedder and Keith Forster and wife Debbie Forster; brother Max Boydston and wife Verba Boydston; sister Jana Kaye Casa and husband Frank Casa; grandchildren Abbie Tedder, Shyla Daniel, Jill Stopera, Shelby Daniel, Jessica Smith, Stephanie and Chad Stengle; Clint and Kate McConnell, Kyle and Kristin McConnell, Jessica and Jason Troutman, and Michael and Kara Jones; great grandchildren Abra and Ephraim Smith, Logan and Kaylee Stengle, Michaela and Hunter Jones, Kordell Troutman, Max McConnell and Sam McConnell. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, February 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at the Baum Assembly of God Church with Pastor Buck Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow at Provence Cemetery. Michael Jones, Jason Troutman, Chris Luckinbill, Kyle McConnell, Terry Garrison and Tony Bryan will serve as pallbearers. Online condolences can be made at
