Darla Tieszen Obituary
Marion - Darla Faye Tieszen 72 of Marion passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls after a 5 month battle with pneumonia. Funeral services will be at 10:30am Wednesday, April 7, 20201 at the First Church of God in Marion, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00pm Tuesday evening at the church with a Prayer Service at 7:30pm. Service will be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/HofmeisterJonesFuneralHome/. Arrangements by Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband Burdette; her children, Tami (Roger) Wilkes, Jamie (Jenny) Tieszen, and Kelli Brooks; her grandchildren, Bailey, Jack, Jordan, Austin and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Millie, Noah and Letty; 2 brothers Loren Wieman and Marlo Wieman; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter Loir Lynn, and a brother Duane.
