Howard Pfaff Obituary
Sioux Falls, SD ~ Howard "Howie" Dean Pfaff, 79, died on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015.
Graveside services will begin at 9:45 AM Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sioux Falls followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at First Christian Reformed Church in Sioux Falls. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM on Friday at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls with the family present to greet friends from 6 to 8 PM.
Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Edie Pfaff; daughter, Dawn (Brian) Beck; son, Dean (Diane) Pfaff; four grandsons: Matthew (Laramie) Beck, Thomas Beck, Branden Pfaff and Chase Pfaff, all of Sioux Falls, SD; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin & Anna Pfaff; infant son, David; 3 brothers, Almont, Eddie and Donald Pfaff; and sister, Delores Eisenbarth.

Edie, Dawn and Dean, it was with sadness that I first read of Howard's passing. May all that he taught you give you strength through this time. It was always great to see Howard, whether at church, our homes or even running into Howard at SDSD one time when he was there to do an inspection. It made my day and shocked the Dean of Students! May your memories and faith carry you forward.
He is not gone, he is only away.
