Lewis Trusty Obituary
Lewis Trusty died March 15, 2021, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Lewis was born on April 29, 1963, in Logan, West Virginia. He grew up in Tennessee and loved the Smokey Mountains. He married Jean Larsen in 1987. They had a son, David Lynn Trusty.
Lewis had a passion for fishing, spending time with his family, playing games and football. He enjoyed helping others and would lend a hand to anyone who was in need. Lewis had a big family who loved him.
Lewis is survived by his father and mother, Lynn and Linda Talbott; brother, Ron Talbott; his daughters, Shiloh MacNally Buffington, Shonna McBride, Shannon Uken and Paige Myrick; his son, Malachi Kelly; his grandchildren, Cody Larsen, Brock MacNally, Kurdt Kramer, Trista Heiman, Katy Peterson, Spencer Marie, Aidan and Abigail McBride; and Wayne, Wyatt and Willow Trusty; three great grandchildren; and his ex-wife and good friend, Jean Trusty.
Lewis was preceded in death by his beloved son, David Lynn Trusty and sister Debbie.
A memorial is being planned at a later date.
